What the bidder decides

One bid request,
walked end to end.

01
Read the request
A bid request arrives from a connected exchange with geo, slot, and floor.
02
Score against the brief
The bidder weighs the request against what your campaign is trying to buy, and what it's willing to pay.
03
Bid only if it clears
It bids to win the impressions that hit your target, and passes on the ones that do not.
04
Write the outcome
Win or pass, the decision and its reason land in a log your team can read back.

Who it's for

Built for the buyer.
Built for the buyer-of-buyers.

For agencies

Run N customer accounts without the swivel-chair tax.

Crackle's tenant model is built for agency life: a single super-admin pane over every customer, role-gated dashboards per client, distribution and pacing rules per tenant, and a customer event log per account that ends Slack archaeology.

Hard per-client isolation — data never cross-leaks
Approval mode per tenant, different governance per client
Tenant-specific platform distribution overrides
Audit log + customer events per tenant, receipts on demand
Bring your agency stack
For in-house teams

One product across every platform you already buy.

Stop reconciling three native dashboards by hand. Compose one campaign, let Crackle fan it across your connected exchanges, and read one deduplicated report, with an approval trail your finance team can actually audit.

One brief, every connected exchange, no per-platform rewrites
Role-gated changes with a reviewable diff before sync
One report that loads instantly for the ranges you check most
Budget pacing rules that follow the campaign, not the platform

Approval workflow

Every change goes
through one diff.

Marketing roles propose edits: budget, bid ceilings, geo, creatives, schedule. Admins see a tight diff with the change reason, who's asking, and what will sync if they approve. Approved changes become immutable audit history.

  • Field-level diff, never raw JSON
  • Readable, human errors — raw platform noise never reaches your team
  • Every change traceable from proposal to live, end to end
  • Even super-admin overrides land in the permanent audit trail
Unified reporting

Every exchange. One report.

No platform tabs. Crackle aggregates every connected exchange into a single read — the ranges you check most load instantly, deeper history follows in seconds, and the report shape never changes.

By design

What changes when one surface replaces three.

3→1
consoles become one
The native dashboard you keep open per platform collapses into a single surface.
5
steps from goal to live
One wizard — goal, budget, audience, creative, review. No exchange picked by hand.
100%
of changes audited
Every edit is proposed, diffed, approved, then kept as immutable history.
0
spreadsheets to reconcile
Spend, pacing and wins land in one deduplicated report, not a manual merge.
The alternative

Why not just run the consoles by hand?

Console-by-console With Crackle
Launch a campaign Rebuild it once per console One wizard, fanned out for you
Read the results Export, merge, reconcile in a sheet One deduplicated report
Approve a change Screenshots and chat threads A diff, an approval, an audit row
Chase a failure Raw platform jargon A plain-language event with the fix
Guard the budget Shared logins, shared risk Per-tenant encryption and roles
Security

Your budget and data stay yours.

Crackle is built so that a mistake in one advertiser's account can never reach another's. Encryption, rotation and access logging are defaults, not add-ons.

Per-tenant isolation
Each advertiser's budget and data are encrypted separately, so a bug in one tenant can never touch another's money.
Nothing sits in plaintext
Connected-account credentials are wrapped, not stored raw. Rotation is one action, not a migration.
Every read leaves a receipt
Access is gated by tenant scope and role, and each decrypt is written to a tenant-scoped audit row.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers actually ask us.

If you don't see yours here, we're at hello@crackle.tech and reply within a working day.

01 Is Crackle a DSP, a campaign manager, or both?

Both. Crackle is a DSP with a campaign-composer front door: compose one campaign and the bidder chases auctions across every connected exchange, starting with Google Ad Exchange and Xandr, expanding across the open programmatic web, with approval, reporting, audit and per-tenant secrets built in.

02 How is data isolated between tenants?

Every tenant's data is strictly scoped to that tenant, so one advertiser's records never cross-leak into another's. Distribution overrides, pacing rules and audit logs are all kept per tenant.

03 Where do credentials live? Is anything in plaintext?

Connected-account credentials are wrapped, not stored raw — plaintext is never persisted. Rotation is a single action, and each access is written to a tenant-scoped audit row.

04 What happens when a platform sync fails?

A failed sync fires an instant notification and is retried under a built-in policy, not left silent. Every failure is traceable straight back to the change that caused it.

05 Do approvals actually block writes, or are they advisory?

They block. Lower roles propose; nothing syncs until an admin approves the diff. Super-admins can bypass, and when they do, the bypass itself is written to the permanent audit trail.

06 Can we see it live before committing?

Yes. Every evaluation starts with a 20-minute walkthrough of a live campaign, run by the team. A deeper technical brief is available under NDA, and the one-page overview is yours to forward.

One last thing

Build the campaign once.
Win where it counts.

Early access is open in limited batches. Tell us where you buy and what you're chasing — founding tenants get a direct line to the team behind the bidder, starting with a live 20-minute walkthrough.

No spam, no list-selling — see privacy. Forward the one-page overview to your team, or write hello@crackle.tech
