Crackle Technologies ("Crackle", "we") operates the Crackle demand-side platform and this website. This policy describes what we collect on the public site and how we use it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Access requests. If you request access, we collect what you type into the form: your work email, and optionally your company name and an indication of your media spend. We use it to respond to you and to provision your tenant, nothing else.

Site analytics. We measure page visits with cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no sale of data.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread so we can follow up.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your access-request details for anything beyond evaluating and provisioning your access. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Platform data

Data you bring into the Crackle platform as a customer (campaigns, credentials, reports) is governed by your customer agreement, is scoped to your tenant, and is encrypted per tenant. Connected-account credentials are never stored in plaintext.

Retention & deletion

Access-request details are kept while your request is open and deleted on request. Email hello@crackle.tech from the address in question and we will remove it within 30 days.
